Clear mileage-based travel tiers
Mobile notary appointments start at $35 within 0–15 one-way miles and $50 within 15.1–25 one-way miles from our Southern Pines home office. Appointments over 25 miles require a custom quote before travel. Starting prices include an estimated mobile travel amount plus one notarized signature. Additional notarized signatures are $10 each under North Carolina law.
Travel pricing is based on actual mileage at the current federal business mileage rate and is confirmed in writing before travel. The current federal business mileage rate is 72.5 cents per mile. Your final price may vary based on actual distance, number of notarized signatures, location type, and any requested add-ons. Printing, scan-back, after-hours appointments, waiting time, witness coordination, or courier services may add to the final price. Final pricing is always confirmed before we travel.
Appointment Requests & Payment: Submitting a request does not confirm the appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only after we complete a brief intake call or message, confirm the final price in writing, and receive the required mobile appointment/travel deposit. The deposit holds your appointment time and covers travel preparation. Any remaining balance is due at the appointment before notarization is completed.
Cancellation / No-Show Policy: Mobile appointment/travel deposits are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed. We will text you when we are on the way. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability.
